SportScotland are running a national survey on the sports and physical activities that club members take part in, and what difference this makes to their life. As an incentive to complete the survey, all entrants have the chance to win £1,000 of sports equipment for their chosen club!
Every survey completed by 11th February 2019 will be entered into a prize draw and the winning club will be notified by 28 February.
