Forfarshire CC in partnership with Maggies Cancer Care and The Milton Inn is delighted to announce the 2011 Real Ale Festival.

Come along to The Milton Inn, Monifieth, and enjoy the large selection of Real Ales from all over the country - there's more than 30 to choose from.

Saturday is a Family Day - so bring the kids along.
There's a bouncy castle all day and face painting and kids games
from 1.30-3.30pm to make the day fun for all ages.

Entertainment is provided throughout the weekend, and there's a BBQ too. Popular local celtic rock band Gleadhraich will be performing on Friday night and Miss Nic Nevet takes to the stage on Saturday with Havana Swing and Shipping Forecast completing the weekend musical line-up on Sunday.

Saturday afternoon brought sunshine, a bouncy castle and kids faces painted in all manners as the Real Ale Festival entered it's second day.
   
An hour long performance from Pressure gave way to Saturday's 'headline' act – Mis Nic Nevet who performed to the largest audience of the weekend on a pleasant Saturday evening to spend in the garden of the Milton Inn.

Gleadhraich launched the Real Ale Festival at The Milton Inn last night with an entertaining ninety minutes of Celtic rock.
   
If you weren't there, 
be sure to make it down on Saturday when real ale flows again accompanied by more live music, and don't forget the bouncy castle, face painting and kids games that make it a day for all the family.
