Forfarshire CC Junior Section - Season 2011
Coaching Times and Programme:
The club will again be running coaching sessions for all boys and girls under the age of 18. Coaching sessions are run by ECB qualified coaches right through the summer (including school holidays) at the following times:

All parents are welcome to stay during the sessions to learn more about the game and to help out with the sessions.
Throughout the season, additional coaching sessions for the older age groups will be run by Fraser Burnett on Wednesday evenings, on a rotational basis. In addition, Ryan Watson, former Scotland captain and current Forfarshire first team captain will be providing coaching.
All teams down to the under 10s have a programme of organised fixtures throughout the summer, while the under 8's play games during their coaching sessions, as well as learning the skills of the games.
Costs and Membership:
Coaching sessions on Mondays for children under 11 cost £4 per session, or £40 annually if you want to become a member of the club.
Children participating at under 13, under 15 or under 18 are required to join as members of the club.

Forfarshire Cricket Club has a Child Protection scheme. All our coaches are Disclosure checked.

As a result of the success of our Youth Development Programme over nearly 20 years, many of Forfarshire's young players have gone on to represent Dundee and Tayside/Fife in area and regional competitions and some have represent Scotland at junior and senior levels.
