30 Aug 2010 : Forthill XI Night Out - Friday 3rd September
 

The Forthill XI end of season night out takes place at the Megabowl, Stack Leisure Park, Lochee at 6.45pm on Friday 3rd September.

The evening starts with a one hour session in the Zapp Zone. At 8pm we will move to the bowling lanes for two games of bowling to compete for the annual Forthill XI ten pin bowling championship.

After that we move on to the Gulistan Indian Restaurant in Queen Street, Broughty Ferry at 10pm for a curry and presentation of both ten pin and cricket prizes for the year.

The cost of the evening is £8 plus whatever you eat and drink at the Gulistan - or cheaper if you only take part in the bowling.

Please let David or Steven Sim know as soon as possible if you intend to join the evening, and what events you will be participating in (Zapp Zone, bowling, curry).

17 Aug 2010 : First Century for Craig...
 

Congratulations are due to Craig M (Forfarshire u15s) who scored his maiden century whilst playing for Dundee u15 against Angus u15s at Arbroath on Monday.

Well batted Craig!

10 Aug 2010 : u12/u13 Training Cancelled on Thursday 11th August
 

Training for the u12 and u13 squads has been cancelled on Thursday 11th August due to holidays and involvement in other fixtures.

Forfarshire are running a fantasy league for the English Premier League season. Prizes will be awarded to the first and second placed team managers.

28 Jul 2010 : 2 & 3 Counties Cup Final Dates Announced
  

The mPower Three Counties Cup final between Aberdeen Grades and Strathearn will take place at Lochside Park, Forfar on Monday 2nd August starting as soon as possible after 6pm. The reserve date is the following evening, Tuesday 3rd.

The mPower Two Counties Cup final between Dalnacraig and Kinross will take place at Scroggie Park, Falkland on Wednesday 4th August again starting as soon as possible after 6pm. The reserve date is the following evening, Thursday 5th. 

   

 

10 Jul 2010 : New Date for 3 Counties Cup Semi-Final - Tues 20th July at Doo'Cot Park, Perth. 6pm start.
 

The Three Counties Cup Semi-Final between 
Forthill and Strathearn has been re-arranged for Tuesday 20th July at Doo'cot Park, Perth.

Start time is 6pm, or as soon as possible after that.

Reserve day, if required, is Thursday 22nd July.

 


05 Jul 2010 : Murgitroyd Caledonia Final - Tues 13th July v Dunfermline at McKane Park
Aberdeenshire have conceded the Murgitroyd 20/20 semi-final, so Forfarshire will play Dunfermline at McKane Park on Tuesday 13th July. 

Should a reserve day be needed, it will be Thursday 15th July.

Matches will start at 6.15pm

08 Jun 2010 : Match Off - Forfarshire v Strathmore, Murgitroyd 20/20, Tuesday 8th June
 

Strathmore have conceded the second round tie due to have been played on Tuesday 8th June at Forthill.

Forfarshire will now play Aberdeenshire at Forthill by 2nd July.
