Former Players Day - Saturday 16th July

01 Jul 2016

Forfarshire are holding a Former Players Day at Forthill on Saturday 16th July and all former players are invited. Forfarshire’s Eastern Premier League fixture against Falkland will provide the backdrop to proceedings and this will be supplemented by a Craft Ale tasting session from Keith Brewery.

The newly renovated former turnstile building at the entrance gates to Forthill has become the social hub of the ground on match days and will host the occasion alongside the newly erected hospitality marquee. The turnstile building is now better known as "Ted’s Shed" and dispenses drinks and snacks and features a barbecue area and outside seating.

For just £20, Former Player guests will enjoy a barbecue and five accompanying beers - a bargain for anyone. Any funds raised from the day will go towards the club.

Various ales will be available to sample throughout the day courtesy of Keith Brewery and no doubt there will be plenty of chat and banter among the Forfarshire Former Players.
