SportDundee Volunteer of the Year - Gordon Walker

Congratulations to Gordon ‘Ted’ Walker on winning the SportDundee Volunteer of the Year category at the Dundee Sports Awards ceremony held in the Caird Hall on Wednesday night.

The award recognises the countless hours that Ted has devoted to Forfarshire CC, particularly the building of the Indoor Net Facility that allows players at club, regional and international levels to train all year round in a high quality facility in addition to the overall ground improvement projects that have enhanced the facilities at Forthill for the benefit of players and spectators alike, both on and off the pitch.
