After the success of the summer sessions, CricHIIT is back for the winter - indoors at Eastern Primary School - starting on Friday 26th October at 6.30pm.
Don’t miss out, come along and join in the fun! New participants welcomed, no cricket skills required, just the ability to give it a go and have a laugh!
Sessions start at 6.30pm in the Eastern PS games hall (enter via lane to back of school, next to cottages on Claypotts Road) and cost £2 per session, or you can pay a block in advance.
CricHIIT is a new, fast and fun combination of High Intensity Interval Training and basic cricket skills so is the perfect way for women and girls to get fit and learn some basic cricket skills at the same time. Sessions last a maximum of 45 minutes which make it easy to fit into a busy schedule.
