Cameron Arrives, and Ryan Returns

Forfarshire have appointed Cameron Miers from Redlands CC in Brisbane, Australia as Junior Coach for the 2005 season. Cameron is a Level 2 qualified coach and also holds a Bachelors Degree in Leisure Management.

As well as junior coaching, Cameron will play for the Club's second team having previously played for Hythe CC, scoring over 1000 runs and taking 49 wickets in two seasons in the Kent Cricket League.

Cameron will be assisted by Scottish Saltires star and 2004s Scotland International All-Rounder of the Year, Ryan Watson.

Ryan returns to Forthill this season after a successful winter spent in New Zealand playing for St Albans Cricket Club. Ryan collected the Premier Men’s Team Player of the Year Award and finished the season with a total of 654 runs and 40 wickets.
