A Forfarshire Golf Outing is planned for Friday 12th August at Glenisla Golf Club in Alyth. This will be the first Club Golf Day for several years will be played to 
a matchplay format.

Teams will be decided on those of a d
ark blue persuasion v's the "Arabs" or as required to form two teams. There will also be an overall 'Club Champion' prize for the best Stableford score in the afternoon round. The day will consist of two rounds, four-ball pairs in the morning, followed by singles (played in fours) in the afternoon. The day will commence with bacon rolls at Glenisla Golf Club, with the first tee time at 8.45. Lunch of soup and sandwiches will be followed by afternoon matches commencing at 13.45. After the golf there will be an evening meal followed by prizegiving. 

Transport will be provided, leaving Forthill at 07.00, returning from Glenisla around 21.30. Cost will be around £50 - £55 maximum. Numbers will be limited and restricted to multiples of four on a first come basis for bookings. 

A deposit of £25 will be required to secure a place.
