Forfarshire u15's v Arbroath u15's - Gavin's Match Report

National Knockout Cup at Forthill, Wednesday 8th June.

Arbroath batted first and set a total of 87-3 with M.Parker top scoring for the visitors with 34*. Aman, Elliot and Gavin were the wicket takers for Forfarshire.

This looked like a reachable total but in the first over Craig and Gavin were both out for 0 each.

A good partnership from Kevin and David put us back on track but wickets began to tumble again in the 9th over.

With 9 wickets down Simon and Stuart built a great 10th wicket partnership to take us within 6 runs of a winning total before Simon was bowled to leave us 82 all out.
