Match report On a cool cloudy August evening captain Zoe lost the toss and High School elected to bat. After a single a tidy first over from Zoe saw the opener fall 2nd ball for 0. Abaan bowled well at the other end with the new batter voice hitting a few runs. Oliver and Emily then bowled with few runs and two wickets for Emily in her 2nd over. High School scored some more runs before a good run out by Emily. The team continued to bowl well with a Wicket for Ollie and Max with Scott taking a caught and bowled for the returning retired Matthew Lowden. With 17 overs bowled when Zoe took the last wicket of the returned retired batsman Voice.
Scott and Ollie opened the batting and the runs were slow to be scored on a low bounce surface. Scott being bowled by Noah Chapman and Gregor coming into bat and sadly just short of his ground when chasing a two. Zoe joined Oliver and the run rate increased with a four from each player before Oliver retired bringing to the wicket Max. Some excellent shots by Max including a 6 off Matthew Lowden. Zoe was bowled and Emily joined Max who after some lusty blows retired after 20 balls on 32. Ollie and Keerthana then joined Emily to reach the High School total in just 13.1 overs and make it a comprehensive victory for the Forfs.
